NEIL - S&M No.2 

Neil is a Scottish, box-shaped, tank engine who was discovered by Hank in an old shed. Neil worked on the Sodor & Mainland Railway until 1952 when he fled to escape being scrapped - unfortunately his brothers weren't so lucky.
