MARGE BERGWALL 

Marge Bergwall - also known as the Manager - is the cousin of Michael Steinberg and runs the Rhyndale Interchange Railway while he is away. While the Manager stands no nonsense, the engines see her as a motherly figure and don't want to let her down.
